Messages reach your team in English. Your reply goes back in the guest’s language. Guests write on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or from their phone’s browser without installing anything. It all lands in one panel.

How it looks
In most businesses today
Mini app
An order screen that opens inside Telegram or in the browser; guests on WhatsApp and Instagram get a link to it. The code in the room tells you which room ordered; the surname is asked once on the first order, so nobody can order on someone else’s bill. You take the payment.
Your first ten minutes
When the panel opens, your business’s code is ready. Scan it with your own phone and write in any language you know. Your message reaches the team chat with its English translation; the answer you send from there arrives on your phone in the language you wrote.
Short videos
Each video is under half a minute. All were filmed in the made-up hotel of the live demo; you can try it yourself.
Channels
Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or the phone’s browser with nothing to install. Wherever it comes from, the message lands in the same inbox and the same team chat, in the team’s language. The reply goes back through the guest’s own app, in their language.
The same service on every channel
Requests
A request lands with the right team: towels with housekeeping, air conditioning with maintenance. Someone takes it and the clock starts. If it runs late the team is reminded, and when it’s done the guest is told.
Bookings and appointments
For each service you set the hours, the interval, how many days ahead it can be booked and how many people fit in one slot. Guests see the free times in their language and choose how many people. The team takes it with one tap, or writes to the guest to suggest another time.
After hours and on call
Enter your working hours and the weekly on-call rota once. After hours the team group wakes nobody. An urgent request goes privately to that night’s on-call person, and the guest knows someone is on it.
Assistant
The assistant answers only from information you have approved: breakfast times, parking, when the pool closes. It doesn’t make up what it doesn’t know; it passes the question to your team.
Your team’s language
You choose the business’s team language, and you can give any team its own reading language. The front desk can read English, the kitchen Turkish, housekeeping Ukrainian: guest messages, requests and orders reach each team’s group in its language, buttons included. Whatever language someone on the team replies in, the guest gets it in theirs.
Surveys
When a request is done, the guest is asked for a quick rating. A low rating reaches the manager’s phone at once, while there is still time to put it right. Happy guests get an invitation to leave a review at check-out.
Safety
Every message from the team is checked before it goes out: insults, personal data, spam. Someone new in the group can’t send their first reply until the group admin approves it.
For hotels and other stays
From connected hotel management systems, bookings and room numbers come in by themselves. The system is only read; Guestkite never changes or cancels a booking. Without a connection you upload the guest list as Excel or CSV, and your own system can connect through the API.
All included
Both plans have every feature. Turn off what you don’t need, and your screen stays uncluttered.
Who it’s for
Hotels are where we work most. But the same panel works in any business with foreign customers: pick your sector and its teams, request types and reminders come ready.
Swipe or use the arrows. The messages are examples.
Setup
Choose your sector. Teams, request types, surveys and an on-call setup come ready. Change whatever you like.
A code for each room or table. Front desk, key card, menu or appointment card: wherever you put it, guests write from there.
Share a link, your team joins, you approve. Who took what and when it was done is all on record.
Pricing
Both plans include every feature and 45 languages. The only difference is how much AI work you get each month. No setup fee. Billed yearly, after a 14-day free trial; on Pro you pay for 11 months instead of 12. Prices exclude VAT.
Message fees are not included in the plan price
Message fees for WhatsApp and other Meta products (Instagram, Messenger) are not included in the price. If Meta charges a fee, it bills your business’s own Meta account directly at its own rates; the fee is not paid to us. Telegram and web chat messages are free. Meta’s WhatsApp prices

Questions
They scan the code and write from the browser. No app, account or phone number needed.
Everyone can work from the panel too. Those with Telegram get notifications on their phone straight away.
WhatsApp and Instagram connect to the same panel: the same team, translation, requests and orders. Both open after Meta’s approval; until then a guest on WhatsApp opens the web chat from the code in the room or in the welcome message. On WhatsApp, Meta charges the business per message; Telegram, Instagram and web chat cost nothing per message.
It shows as two conversations; we never merge them by guesswork, because merging the wrong person is a privacy error. A guest who comes through the personal link in the welcome e-mail is tied to their own record.
No. The team uses the panel and Telegram groups; the guest stays on WhatsApp. The business’s WhatsApp number is no longer a phone in one employee’s pocket.
From connected systems, bookings and room numbers come in by themselves, and the system is only read. For other systems there is an Excel or CSV upload, and an API for your own.
No. Upload your menu file or a photo of it; items, prices and categories are read, and you check and approve them.
