Data Subject Request Form (DRAFT)

Use this form to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to you, Articles 15–22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). We answer free of charge within 30 days; if the request causes an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
Are you a guest or customer of a business? For your conversations with a hotel, clinic or other business that uses Guestkite, that business is the data controller; we only process data on its behalf. Asking that business directly is the fastest way. You can also delete your data yourself at once in the chat: "🔒 Privacy" → "Delete my data". Requests of this kind that reach us are forwarded to the business within 5 working days, and you are told.
